Delivery Policy
The e-payment service is online through the Chamber's portal: www.chamberoman.om. You will receive a confirmation message for the successful transaction of the e-payment through SMS or e-mail.
Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy
In case of deducting money more than once for the same transaction, the customer has the right to refund the collected money and can contact the Chamber by email at: name @chamberoman.om , with below attaches:
- Bank statement showing the repeated deducting money processes.
- Evidence of the payment received by email.
- Copy of the transaction.
There are some considerations that should be taken during the refund process:
- The money will be refunded to the customer carrying the credit/debit card from which the deduction was made without paying attention for the actual customer of the transaction.
- The refund process will be executed no later than one week from the transaction date.
- The customer will be notified for his/her eligibility to refund the debited money within 48 hours from the payment transaction, taking into account the period of implementing the relevant policies and procedures by local banks.

- What is the e-payment?
It is an online service that allows funds to be electronically withdrawn from the user's bank account using his/her bank debit/credit card.
- Who can make the e-payment?
Any debit/credit card issued by any bank can be used for online payments related to the online services of Oman Chamber.
- Is there a fee for making the e-payment?
The online payment process is free and does not require any additional fees.
- How can I make a payment?
The payment is only allowed for registered users of Oman Chamber.
- How can I know my payment succeeded?
When you pay money, you will be redirected to the receipt page of the application, which will show you the status of your transaction. You will also be notified with an SMS or email that the payment was successful.
- I received an email stating my transaction was successful, but the e-service requires me to pay again. What should I do?
Before proceeding to another payment, check your bank account and confirm that the money is debited from your account. If money is debited, you should contact the Chamber and provide the details of the transaction through an email confirmation.
- I got an SMS from my bank stating money was debited for Oman Chamber, but I did not get any confirmation email or SMS from the Chamber. The e-online is asking me to pay again. What should I do?
The refund policy stated above will be followed in this regard.
- I paid twice for the same transaction, and money was debited twice from my bank account and was not returned. What should I do?
You should contact the Chamber to refund one of the payment transactions.
